ORDERING BOOKS When I visit your school, students, teachers, and staff can purchase my books directly from Candlewick Press at a special school discount of 40 percent. During my visit, I will sign and personalize all the books. Here's how it works: 1. Print this page of info about my books, and this order form (or make one like it), and fill in the blanks. 4 or 5 weeks before my visit, distribute forms to teachers, so students can take it home to their parents.2. Everyone returns their flyers, with checks made out to your school (or PTO). Now you know how many books to order. 3. To order Jack's Path of Courage: The Life of John F.
